Judith Germain
Judith Germain is the UK’s leading authority on leadership and talent management.
Judith is MD of Dynamic Transitions Ltd, a leadership company specialising in working with Troublesome Talent® and improving leadership performance within organisations.
Dynamic Transitions Ltd enables companies to develop mastery in their leaders and in the company’s strategic ability. She understands that businesses want to be able to have a workforce that questions, challenges and refuses to accept a status quo which is damaging or disadvantageous to the company. It is only this acceptance of difference that can enable a company to grow and outstrip their competitors.
A regular contributor to the national and trade press, Judith is also co-author of Amazon’s number 2 bestseller ‘BusinessWise’ and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Prior to founding Dynamic Transitions Ltd, Judith spent over 10 years as Head of HR with additional responsibility for the strategic and operational running of the business; with a number of market leaders within the Retail, Media, Security, Defence and Quasi-governmental industries. Judith is particularly well known in the industry for working with wilfully independent people who are talented and different (whom she defines as Mavericks). She believes in developing leadership talent, and enabling people and companies to achieve Maverick Mastery®.
Judith is an established CEO mentor and also works with successful entrepreneurs to develop and grow their business. She leads a number of online and offline business communities where she enables the members to learn how to blend their knowledge and skills for successful business. For one of her clients, she undertakes the role of Vice President of the Ecademy Life Members Community – a premium global group of Entrepreneurs and Business Owners.
Judith is a much sought after public speaker and chairperson, and has presented at The HR Director’s Talent Management Breakfast and The HR Show in 2008.
A resident columnist for TrainingZone, Judith is regularly presented by the press and radio to comment on issues relating to talent management, Generation Y and leadership and has been featured in (amongst others);
